Safety Guidance
Never leave a wax burner or candle unattended. Burners become extremely hot during use — allow to cool completely before handling or moving. Keep all wax melts and burners out of reach of children and pets. Always place burners on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from soft furnishings, curtains, and draughts.
Using Your Wax Melts
Wax melts can be used with both electric and tealight burners.
If using a tealight burner, ensure it is specifically designed for wax melts and not an oil burner.
For optimal performance, we recommend using a burner with a minimum gap of 3–4 inches between the tealight and the dish. This allows the wax to melt gently, preserving the integrity and longevity of the fragrance.
Always use plain, unscented 4-hour tealights. Allow the burner to cool fully between uses, and avoid using larger or “maxi” tealights, as these can cause the wax to overheat and reduce scent performance.
Do not overfill your burner. Our melts can be easily divided into smaller portions to suit your preference.
